Question: "Failed to start the installation of XREF"

Failed to start the installation of XREF. CD disk in drive is spinning, light is on but nothing happens.

 Answer: Please ensure that you are installing XREF onto a 32-bit computer. To verify your computer's operation system, please do the following:

Exit from all programs and return to your Desktop.
Click on "My Computer" icon with RIGHT button
Click on Properties
Click on Performance

File System must show 32-Bit
Virtual Memory must show 32-Bit

If you see anything other than shown, you are not using a 32-bit processor. Re-install XREF on a true 32-bit computer.
