Question: Copied content of CD onto my computer

Instead of going through the installation process, I copied the entire contents of CD ROM onto my hard disk, and then installed it from my computer. When I try to execute XREF, the program is unable to launch the application.

 Answer: Installation of XREF must be through the installation process. This program will install not just the data files, but system drivers as well. Remove all copied XREF related files from your hard disk and properly install it from the CD ROM disk as directed.
