Question: "You do not have edit privileges in this InfoBase."

Answer: You are running HVAC and APPL simultaneously and you switched to the other program while your Query Search from either "HVAC" or "APPL" was open. Close out your current Query Search screen before attempting to switch to the other program. You should have no problems running both HVAC and APPL at the same time.
