Question: How to install XREF on Windows 3.1 computer?

I have an older computer running under Windows 3.1. I am having difficulties with the installation. When CD is put into the drive, light comes on but nothing happens.

 Answer: Release #700 and beyond is designed for a 32-bit processor. Your computer must meet the following minimum requirements for all future updates.

IBM/PC Compatible (200MHZ or better)
Windows 95/98/2000 or NT
CD ROM drive (30x)
800x600 16 Color Monitor
Bi-directional parallel port
